WP 6: Integration into industrial workflows

The developments from the preceding WPs are integrated into industrial workflows and benchmarked by the ESR in industrial practice. Industrially hosted ESRs will use their secondments for ToK on relevant developments to re-implement in the in-house tool-chains and benchmark performance and robustness within the industrial workflow. Academically-hosted ESRs will use their secondment to test their developments on large-scale industrial cases.

Objectives:

  • Automatic/simplified extraction of geometric constraints from CAD/GUI

  • Integration of WP2-5 developments into GUI as plugins for ParaView and OCCT

  • Industrial evaluation, benchmarking

  • Multi-point optimisation, robust optimisation

  • Robust adjoint solvers, fast optimisers, effective workflows
