I developed a series of illustrated one-page comic strips that motivate the significance of our research, and engineering science in general, to a wider audience. Topics included an adequate amount of technical details to highlight the motivation and impact behind our work - e.g., the environmental and financial impact that small design improvements can make as shown in this first comic strip.
The comic has been shared on the IODA webpage and my personal website.
