ESI
ESI is a world leading software publisher for the numerical simulation of prototype and manufacturing process engineering in applied mechanics. ESI has developed an extensive suite of coherent, industry-oriented applications to realistically simulate a product’s behaviour. and is the first vendor to offer adjoint based optimisation tools.
The Group held by ESI employs over 750 high-level specialists worldwide covering more than 30 countries. As ESI Group development is based on continuous innovation, the company is qualified as "innovative company" by OSEO, a French innovation agency. ESI has been partner of FP7 grants as well as Marie Curie projects.
Dr. Mustafa Megahed (mme@esi-group.com) is the manager of the CFD & Multiphysics Centre of Excellence at ESI. He has overseen since 2005 the development of the first commercial continuous adjoint solver widely used in automotive industry.
